Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A fluffy white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Yeast, spices, alcohol. Apple marmalade. (2.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, spices, saffron and apricots, fruit soup and peel. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a dry finish. Some alcohol warmth. (3.5)
Overall: Still young, too much apple. (2.75)
