Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4.25)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, grass, clove, sulphur and yeast. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting sweet bread crust, clove and yeast. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A good body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Good with a ripe Brie. (3.75)
