Trappist Ale

Apperance: A clouded amber colored beer. A fizzy off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of toast, apple, fudge and egg. (4)
Taste: Tasting toffee, bread, syrup and bitter oak. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a watery texture. A medium body with a sharp dry finish. (3)
Overall: Not really convinced, lacking body and homogeneity. Something of a gusher. (3)
