Apperance: The beer is slightly hazy straw colored, an off-white head leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is spicy, cumin, sweet lemon. (4)
Taste: A sweet lemon curd flavor upfront, then a spicy bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and refreshing. (3.5)
Overall: In all a nice wheat beer, was served with an orange slice - which was forcefully removed by yours truly. The accompanying mussels where a good match. (3.5)
