Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A high tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (3.75)
Aroma: Smelling of dark bread, seaweed, concrete, soy sauce and much yeast. (3.25)
Taste: Tasting rye bread, raisins, soy sauce, broth and yeast. (3.25)
Palate: High carbonation, bubbles with a soft texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (3.75)
Overall: Very much salty dough now. Umami. Slightly madeirised. (3)
