Apperance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A high white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, licorice and yeast. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting toffee, pear, anis and grass. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Thinner than expected. (3.5)
