Noaidi Dark Saison

Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A high tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of rye bread, dried figs, coffee and ashes. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting dark burnt bread, dry dates, bitter coffee and bitter citric peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3)
Overall: A good dry dark beer, more stout than saison. (3.5)
