Apperance: The brew is clouded dark brown, a bit grayish, a tan head leaving some lacing. Lots of curtains when whirled. (4)
Aroma: The smell has burnt sugar, strong wine and roasted dark coffee beans. (4.5)
Flavor: The taste is dark syrup, Madeira, some anise and ripe cheese. Surprisingly little bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: A small carbonation, rich, complex, oily and alcoholic feelings. (4)
Overall: A good beer to sip after dinner with some strong cheese. At this point rumored to be the strongest brewed in Sweden. (4.5)
