Aroma: The smell is sweet citric, and rather fresh. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is upfront white bread sweet, then acidity from lemon and green apples, some lemon zest as bitter finish. (3.5)
Palate: High carbonation, lively small bubbles, refreshing with a dry finish. (3)
Overall: Lively and fresh acidity is the better characteristics here. Possibly one could want some more bitterness. (3.5)
