India Pale Ale

Apperance: The beer is clear copper toned amber, with an off-white head leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is citric, bitter oranges and grape-fruit peel, some toffee as well. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is caramel and sweet biscuits, quite some lemon and orange sourness. The bitterness is lemon zesty. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft refreshing and a nice dry finish. (4)
Overall: A well-done IPA, both reviewed from bottle previously and now on-tao. (4)
