Apperance: The beer has a dark amber slightly clouded character, a very small off-white head. (3)
Aroma: The smell is nutty, malty and sweet with some fruit acidity, yeast and hay. (3)
Taste: The taste is upfront nut fudge, brown bread, pear acidity, bitter seeds. (3)
Palate: Small carbonation, watery and soft body, a coarse dryness. (3)
Overall: A medium real ale, at the Queens Head in Stockholm. (3)
