Son of Nekron

Apperance: The beer is dark brown, nearly black, the head is light brown, a bit uneven, settling slowly and leaving some lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is roasted dark bread, roasted ground coffee. Some sweet nuances, brown sugar sweet cake. (4)
Taste: Upfront sweet, brown sugar, figs and dates, sherry and coffee liqueur, bitter beans. (4.5)
Palate: Rather low carbonation, but small lively bubbles, a full body, oily but with a coarse dry end. (4)
Overall: A really good porter, "damned good". (4.5)
