Apperance: The beer is dark brown, almost black, a nice firm head with small bubbles, leaving good lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell has a honey sweetness, roasted bread, coffee and cocoa beans, nuts. (4)
Taste: A lot of roasted tones, brown sugar, dark toast, coffee and chocolate but a good balancing bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, smooth, slightly oily, a complex body. (4)
Overall: A very enjoyable stout, especially after six sour bombs ... at De Klomp, Linköping, Sweden. (4.5)
