Apperance: A light hazy brown orange beer, a solid off-white head leaving good lacing, and is having curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is fruity, sweet syrup, licorice, like stepping into a fine candy shop. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is complex, swinging between licorice, green Stilton, dried figs and port wine. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and a full complex body. (4)
Overall: A very nice Christmas beer, rewarding to just sip and enjoy. (4.5)
