Apperance: A clear brass colored brew, an off-white head that settles slowly, leaving a little lacing. Good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is full of fresh fruits, pine-apple, apples, pears, some yeast strains as well. (4)
Taste: Upfront a refreshing sweetnes, dextrose, sour fruity flavors, peach, apples, bitter lemon zest and a hint of wasabi. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, very small bubbles, a heavy body, yet rather refreshing, a long smooth dryness. (4.5)
Overall: Lighter and more refreshing than expected, esp considering the ABV. (4)
