Spring Ale

Apperance: The beer is clear deep golden, copper and brass tones, an off-white large head with big bubbles, settling rather quickly but leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is fresh citric, lemon and bitter oranges. Some newly cut grass. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is very much in the grape-fruit area, newly pressed slightly sweet red grape-fruit juice, the finishing of with bitter grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small lively bubbles, medium body, a good dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really fresh and hoppy ale, gives you energy and reminds you of the awakening of nature. (4.5)
