Apperance: The beer is clear brown red, a tan head that settles rather quickly but leaves some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, brown sugar, fudge, nut caramel, some fruity aromas, red forest fruits. (4)
Flavor: The taste starts with a brown sugar note, some nut fudge, then lingonberries and cherry seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small intense bubbles, the fluid is fresh and smooth but has a lingering dryness at the end. (3.5)
Overall: Quite well balanced, and not too sweet - thats nice. Enjoyed at Grills in Stockholm. (4)
