Apperance: This brew looks like a hazy cognac, no head but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smells are there, stable, earth, iodine, but rather discrete. (4)
Taste: A dried fruit sweetness with classy vinegar tones. (4)
Palate: No carbonation, rather fresh and soft, a round finishing dryness. (4)
Overall: A very soft and easy gueuze, good for beginners, yet sophisticated for more accomplished drinkers. (4)
