Apperance: A slightly hazy brass colored brew, lively bubbles and a high white head that settles slowly leaving good lacing. Some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is fruity, pears, mango, pineapple, sour milk, some faint earth tones and yeast. (4)
Taste: Initially sweet, syrup, then ripe apples and lemons, spicy, pepper, cardamom, cloves, sour cream, bitter grape-fruit zest. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, lively very small bubbles, foamy and soft, a good body, a dry almost coarse finish. (4.5)
Overall: A good tripel, well balanced, nice with strong cheese. (4.5)
