Apperance: A brown foggy beer, a tan head with no lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is citric, with malty bread notes and a dash of sherry. (3.5)
Taste: The taste starts sweet of dark bread, dried fruits, raisins and figs, then the sherry notes and a solid seedy bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium to low carbonation, small fizzy bubbles, a soft, yet complex, body, a long dry finsih. (4.5)
Overall: A strong sensory rewarding beer, a complex character. (4)
