Apperance: Light amber, nearly orange clear fluid. A rather strong foam that recedes into a fine lacing. Small bubbles. (4.5)
Aroma: Smell of sweet fruity marmalade and some overtones of sherry. (3.5)
Flavor: The taste is very sweet, and dominated by fruits, like orange, but also some sherry tones both in taste and alcoholic presence. (4)
Palate: The beer is pleasant to drink, nicely carbonated. (4.5)
Overall: Goes very well with a strong cheddar I dare say. (4)
