Poperings Hommel Bier

Apperance: The beer is clear brass colored, a white head that leaves good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is interesting, hoppy and earthy, stable, grass, dust and herring? (or maybe some herring spice ...) (4)
Taste: Upfront a dextrose sweetness, white bread, green apples, peaches, white vinegar. (4)
Palate: High carbonation, a fizzy feeling, fresh but yet a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: An interesting brew, to me it was lambic meets pils, and actually benefiting from both sides. (3.5)
