Apperance: The beer is black with tones of brown, a tan head, no lacing, but good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, vinous, Madeira and port, rhubarbs and red berries, dried figs and some yeast, possibly a glue presence. (4)
Taste: The taste is also sweet, brown syrup, dried fruits, cream sherry, port, jasmine and liqueur. (4.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, huge body, very soft and a warm alcohol feeling. Not boozy, just cosy. (4.5)
Overall: This is really something, to be enjoyed in small amounts. (4.5)
