Apperance: The brew is very black, some red nuances, a brown head, little lacing, good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling sweet, dried fruits, dates, strong coffee, some yeast. (4)
Flavor: The taste starts sweet, raisins, fig marmalade, bitter lemon jam, coffee beans. More acidity than bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Small carbonation, a medium to large body, soft and slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A fruity fresh stout, slightly dry. (4)
