Apperance: The beer is a clear copper toned amber, a firm off-white head leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is very citric, lime and grape-fruit. Pine and fresh grass. Some bread notes as well. (4.5)
Taste: The taste has initial caramel and toffee, brown crackers, bitter orange marmalade, grapefruit juice. Grapefruit and lemon peel. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and slightly oily fluid, a good body and a long dry feeling - initially almost coarse. (4)
Overall: A really welldone AIPA, with a good balance and much bitterness. (4)
