Apperance: The beer is faintly clouded, pals straw colored, a big head that settles slowly and leaves good lacing. Good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is lovely, fruits, oranges, pine-apple, apples, spices, cardamom, clove. (4.5)
Flavor: Staring sweet, fructose, then bitter oranges, peaches, ripe apples, spicy notes, ginger, cardamom, pepper. A good bitter lemon zest character. (4.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a rather light body, smooth texture, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: Nice, well done, goes well with a moldy Tallegio and hard bread. (4)
