Apperance: A clear light amber beer, an off-white head, leaving little lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is mostly hay, grass, some fruit notes, ripe orange and apples. (3.5)
Taste: The taste has initially malt notes, brown bread, then some slightly sour apples and light bitter finish. (4)
Palate: A light carbonation, a soft texture, a medium body and slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: This is a well balanced and refreshing ale. No fuzz, just good. (4)
