Tripel Hop

Apperance: A clear rather pale straw colored beer, a very high, slowly settling white head, leaving good lacing and has some curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is earthy, stable, dirt, leather but also some fruits, fresh apples and pears. (4.5)
Flavor: Initially sweet, white bread, oranges, spices, clove, peppers, some wood. Some yeast and sour milk. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft texture and minimal bubbles, refreshing and smooth. (4.5)
Overall: Fresh, exciting and complex. (4)

Bottle 750 ml. Another bottle from the same year a week later where more hoppy, and got slightly lower grades.
