Apperance: The beer pours slightly hazy brass toned, a high firm white head that settles slowly, a bit unevenly. Leaving good lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is yeasty complex, fruit tones, a bit alcoholic and funky metal. (4) Taste: Starting with sweet fructose notes, peaches, apples, pears, a alkaloid bitterness. Hints of overripe brie. (4.5) Palate: Medium low carbonation, small rather aggressive bubbles, soft texture rather high viscosity, a slightly coarse dry ending. (4) Overall: Much nice stuff going on in this one, there are however a slightly raw finish which could improve over time IMHO. (4)
