Apperance: The beer is clear dark straw colored, a slightly off-white head has no lacing, but some curtains. (3)
Aroma: The smell is fruity, pears, ripe apples, lemon zest. (4)
Taste: The taste starts with sweet bread, bread crust, followed by fruits, a whiff of peaches and pears, bitter nuances like lemon peel and seeds. Some alcohol taste. (3)
Palate: Low carbonation, soft and oily, a rather big body, a light dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A bit too much ABV and little character to be a real winner. (2.5)
