Winterbock

Apperance: The brew is clear amber, has small off-white head, little lacing but some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is floral and fruity, grass, hay, flowers, a summer meadow, some black currant leaves and a hint of perfume. (4)
Taste: Upfront a brown bread sweetness, then much dried fruits, figs, dates, a light bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, small bubbles, soft and smooth. (3.5)
Overall: Nice, aromatic and well balanced bock. (4)
