Apperance: The beer is clear pale straw colored with hints of green and gold, the head is high and white, settles rather slowly and leaves good lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is slightly sweet, white bread, then grass notes, hay and a dash of lime. (4)
Taste: Starts sweet, bread notes, then some lemon acidity, a fresh grass bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, rather soft texture, refreshing, medium to small body, a slightly dry finish. (3)
Overall: An easy consumable lager, could have a more bitter bite to balance sweet and sour notes. A bit nostalgia, was more or less the first beer I choose to drink when I came to age ... (3.5)
