Apperance: The brew is clouded red ruby, has a lively pink head that settles quickly and leaves no lacing. rather small curtains. Just as it should be! (4)
Aroma: The smell is very intriguing, sweet fruitiness, sour-bitter cherries, yeast, earth aromas, stable, leather, horse. (4.5)
Flavor: Starts with very little sweetness, the a distinct sourness, wild cherries, red vinegar, sour milk, very little bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a coarse fresh feeling, a thin body. A dry sour finish. (4.5)
Overall: You can't feel that there is 8% ABV in this beer. And it is refreshingly and intriguing and feels very original. (4.5)
