Trappist Dubbel

Apperance: The beer is chestnut brown with a red nuance, slightly hazy with lots of small bubbles, a beige head that leaves som lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is in the sour milk area, with lots of sweet dried fruits, raisins, and yeast. Dried grass and brown bread. (4.5)
Flavor: Sweet raisins and brown sugar upfront, complemented with sour fruits and bitter seeds. (4.5)
Palate: Rather high carbonation, a rich body and a dry finish. (4)
Overall: This was sampled and compared with the bottle, more smell and taste. (4.5)
