Apperance: The beer is clear deep brass colored, a white high head with loads of lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of fresh fruits, pears, apples and grass. (3.5)
Taste: Upfront a white bread sweetness, red apples and fresh cut grass. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, medium sized bubbles, an almost coarse texture but very refreshing, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: Well balanced, fresh and refreshing. A good Canadian Czech! (4)
