Apperance: The beer is clear straw colored, big bubbles, has a white head that leaves some lacing. (3)
Aroma: The smell is malty, bread, some lemon and nettles. (3)
Flavor: The taste starts sweet, white bread, then some freshly squeezed lemon and a light bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, big bubbles, soft and refreshing, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A nice all purpose pils, enjoyed at the SAP Gasthaus in Walldorf. (3.5)
