Winter-Bock

Apperance: The beer pours with a light beige foam, leaving residues on the glass. The color is copper or bright amber. (4)
Aroma: The smell contains sweet candy sugar tones, with raisins and dried fruits, complemented with fresh citric notes. (4)
Flavor: The taste is rather sweet but pleasantly balanced with acis and bitterness. You can feel raisins, dried apricots, and a good taste of hops. (4)
Palate: The feel is rather "dry", but in all it is a very pleasant bock to linger over at a cold winters evening. (3.5)
