Apperance: The beer is black with hints of brown, probably clear, a deep tan head leaving some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is complex, pea soup and soy sauce, coffee, - dark cold, dates and sweet brown sugar. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is soft sweet brown sugar, dark sweet bread, dark syrup, dried figs, coffee beans. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft oily texture, an enormous body and a long dry feeling. (4.5)
Overall: A really impressive coffee stout, can only be enjoyed in small amounts. (4.5)
