Aroma: The smell is fresh fruits, pears, lemon and some grape-fruit. A whiff of soap. (3)
Taste: Starting sweet as brown bread, some toffee, then lemon sourness and grape-fruit bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft texture and a refreshing feeling, a rather small body, a dry bitter finish. (3.5)
Overall: The beer is as intended a refreshing beer made for a warm summer's day. (3.5)
