Heligan Honey Ale

Apperance: The brew is slightly hazy amber, has an off-white small head with little lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of sweet honey, some citric nuances, but also grains and nuts. (4)
Taste: The taste starts with brown bread and honey, then some lemon and orange marmalade, also bitter oranges. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, a soft texture, good body and a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really good long session beer, well balanced, interesting and with sipping quality. (4.5)
