Oyster Stout

Apperance: The brew is dark brown - nearly black, hints of deep red, a tan head leaving some lacing and curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is containing dried ripe fruits, butter, cheese, sour cream and pop corn in a peculiar mix. (3)
Flavor: Some initial coarse caramel and chocolate sweetness, bitter coffee bean tones. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a medium body, rather watery, a nice dry finish tough. (3.5)
Overall: This stout is hard to come to terms with, ends up booth good and not so good, average is not correct but closest. (3)
