Fraoch Heather Ale

Apperance: The beer is clear light orange amber, an off-white head with little lacing and curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: A modest smell of grass and boiled vegetables. (3)
Taste: Starts rather sweet, syrup and honey nuances, then some lemon and green apples, a slight grassy sour bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small intense bubbles, soft texture and a small body, a small sour dryness at the end. (3)
Overall: A light, not hard to drink,brew, but not really that exciting either. (3)
