Apperance: The brew is clouded brown with a red hue, a deep tan head with some lacing and curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is herbal, lemon, grass, spices, herbs. (4)
Taste: The taste starts with hard bread, the quite much peel; grape-fruit and lemon. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft foamy feeling with a good body, a sharp dry bitter finish. (3.5)
Overall: Slightly unbalanced to the bitter side, but lots of good things as well. (3)
