Apperance: The beer is hazy brown chestnut, a high off-white head, some lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is honey, bread and ripe apples. (3.5)
Flavor: Starting with hard bread, then rather sour, rhubarbs, green apples. Some harsh hay. (2.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, rather watery feeling and small body, big intense bubbles, a dry finish. (3)
Overall: Fresh, fruity, but this was a bit off in the sour register. (3)
