Apperance: The beer is clear deep golden and has a white fizzy head, little lacing, good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is ripe grapes, sunny apples, champagne and yeast. (4.5)
Taste: The taste starts with soft brown sugar nuances, grape juice, lemon, rhubarb lemonade, apple cider. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small bubbly bubbles, soft and smooth with a good body and fresh dryness. (4)
Overall: An excellent, or better, champagne as I see it! (4.5)
