Apperance: The beer is dark dark brown, or black maybe, the head is brown, high and settles slowly leaving good lacing. Good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is roasted bread, some smoke, dark coffee beans, some chocolate and dark dried fruits. (4)
Flavor: Starting slightly sweet, dark chocolate, then cold espresso, and general roasted tones. A quite bitter finish. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, small bubbles, slightly sticky, an almost coarse dryness. (4)
Overall: Named Autumn Porter, but in modern style closer to a stout, but a really good one. (4)
