Apperance: The beer is clear deep amber with orange hues, has a white small head that leaves no lacing, but some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is fruity and funky, raisins, spices, cumin and yeast. (4)
Taste: Starting with slightly sweet bread, then bitter oranges, some alcohol, spices like lemongrass and fennel, lemon peel bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, fresh and slightly warm, a small body and a dry finish. (3)
Overall: Slightly flat and small bodied, would have expected a bit "more". (3)
