Apperance: The beer is light amber, has noticeable flakes, small bubbles, an off-white high head, some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Earthy aromas, stable, dirt, lemon peel. Rather musky and dusty. (3)
Taste: The taste is a mixture of acid old vinegar, lemon peel, then some old cheese and dirt. A moldy character. (3)
Palate: High carbonation, small intensive bubbles, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: This was a 2007 bottle, had already peaked. Must try a younger, better stored one. (3)
