Apperance: A clouded brown brew, an off-white small head leaving little lacing but very good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is whipped eggs with sugar, sherry, Parmesan and canned fruit. (4.5)
Flavor: The smell is sweet, caramelized peaches, boiled sausages, almonds and cheese. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft pleasant and oily texture, a good body. (4)
Overall: Very complex, many aromas, many dimensions. Must be examined more times. (4.5)
