Easy Christmas

Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A tan head with small lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, nettles and hay. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting brown bread, ripe apples, bitter orange marmalade and lemon peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A good but not extraordinary bitter. I would have preferred a notch less hops. (3.5)
